Sony Vaio CS laptop fan sounds like a lawnmower! - HELP!

My Sony Vaio VGN-CS110D in very loud grinding noises recently. It is very annoying and disruptive! I only had this computer for 7 months and I sent an email to the Sony people and they were not much help. However, they have to say to me, it brings in one of its factories. The sound is louder in the middle of the video. The noise periodically change!
