HP Sucks

HP customer service is terrible. My notebook worked for 20 days. I sent them 3 times for repair. It is now broke for 6 weeks. Update: After 8 weeks I have finally found someone who cared connected to HP. She sent me a new computer - even a little better informed! Deal with HP's own risk.
