How to fix SMART Notebook ink band affair on Windows 7

Today i got an email from SMART Tech or a reply on the issue and how to fix it. First you right click on the computer icon and select properties. Then you select device manager. Expand Human inferences. Look for SMART Virtual Tablet. Right click and select uninstall. Then reboot (restart) your computer and now your computer works!!!
