Disable Nagle Algorithm - Improve Latency

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MSMQ FOLDER YOU WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE .REG FILE LISTED BELOW AND RUN IT. Disabling the Nagle Algorithm will improve your latency in onine video games.
