My computer runs slow

If your computer has suddenly started to run slower than normal, this is usually easier to fix than a computer running slower and slower. Suddenly, slowly, almost always caused by a computer on the current supplement. This is a new hardware or new software. The problem is harder to solve if you have installed or more than one new element at the same time.

I already many computer problemsPerformance in previous articles, including: viruses, spyware, system resources and low memory.

If you have an e-zine read my other article, you'll know that I "always" insist on only adding one new thing at a time on your computer. If you and add new hardware, for example, the computer starts hanging or crashes or suddenly runs much slower, you know what is causing the problem. They also know how to fix it. Remove the new Hardware.

Why the new hardware is causing problems, is another matter. It could be faulty or there may not be compatible with the motherboard. It is also possible that the software or drivers for new hardware, a conflict. Check out one of my previous articles for assistance with this.

But now you know what has caused your computer to slow down, you can return to it to its previous state.

So what happens when installing two new pieces of hardware and yourComputer starts dragging. You could, for example, update your video card and simultaneously make a different memory module, so many people without problems. How do you now know which part is the cause of the problems. It can be, it might be a conflict between the two components of your own memory and memory systems.

You have now removed the two components and the associated drivers and install them back one by one, so you can determine whichComponent or driver is causing the problem. Once you've identified the culprit, contact the manufacturer to see if there are problems or know the updated driver.

It's the same reason that you should only install new software, one at a time. If after installing a new computer game or program on your computer is running slow, you can simply check boxes for any "patches" on-line correction, or removal. But what if you installed a new game and on the same day, downloaded from a new media player for example, and maybe a video or a few music files. As you will know who is the villain. And as we all know, in the software, it always has the option to think of viruses.

You also have the virus now scan your computer, even if you know what software to remove.

If your computer suddenly slower, trying to determine exactly when you first saw it. If you have installedNo new hardware, then you should remove. If a new software, including games, downloads and updates began around the time of slow installed, uninstall it. You can do this at a time when you want, you might just get lucky and removing the malicious software first. Do not remove any Windows or anti-virus updates.

It is a fact that sometimes you do not damage or corrupt software, in particular to obtain downloaded software. If youidentify and remove the software causing the problem, you may find that half download and installation works fine. Do not forget to do a full system scan with your anti-virus suite, just in case, after each download.

An alternative solution for software margins is to use the system restore. Choose a point before the problem started. This is your computer back in time, to a point when everything was in order. This method, however, remove all softwareinstalled since that date, apart from your stored files.

Recently I had a client with a slow computer the video card had a new suite installed and had installed a downloaded version of a known safety. I'll let you guess which caused delay.
