iPod Touch canopy problem

This is my 4G iPod Touch I have two months ago. I sent it to Apple and I got it back without any problem. I've never noticed before, and I tried to start, reset, restore with iTunes, and I put it back to factory settings and still had the same problem. Recorde with another 4G iPod Touch.
