LCD MONITOR REPAIR

This is the repair of a SCEPTRE X22WG 108p LCD wide screen LCD. The monitor would make a random buzzing noise when new. Then after about three years , when turned on the indicator would stay on but the vide picture would be gone in 3 seconds. Press the on/off button would come on for another tree seconds.. could play this game for 5 minutes or walk away and come back in 5 minute...ba capacitors, watch the video. Bought the parts from Mouser...part # EEU -FR1E471LB (MFG PRT#) Panasonic mouser 667-eeu-fr1e471lb 25v 470uf cap...assuming the same caps went bad.
