How to build a computer that does not boot (no USB working!)

How to build a computer not boot ... If your computer does not start and / or USB does not work you try to connect to your built in card reader, if you have one. My computer had a faulty card reader screwed up, the boat, USB and DVD burners.I was disconnected from the connection to the reader inside the computer and everything started working again.
